All crystals are unique and may have imperfections. Therefore, it is a good idea to ask us prior to buying for a personal video if you are not completely sure you are going to love it!

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund. We can however accept exchanges for a store credit or another item. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage and we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery.
On the rare occasion that your item has been received damaged, we will need photographic evidence on the day of delivery so that we can take it up with the courier for you.
